Single User System:

3. 3.Maintenance / Upgrade agreement: 12% of purchase price per year

1. GoalMinder 5-clinician pack (Base price for networked system)...$4999

2. GoalMInder Account Manager per clinician (license needed to bill) ...$299

3. Additional GoalMinder licenses per clinician ...$495 (discounts for larger practices)

4. Annual Maintenance / Upgrade fee...12% of purchase price.

Networked System: (Microsoft Access Database)

Networked System: (Microsoft SQL Database Base) (does not include licenses from Microsoft)

1. 1.Add $2999 for systems of 10 or more total users
   

2. 2.Add $1800 for systems of 5 to 9 total users
   

3. 3.No additional charge for solo users if hosting with us. If not hosting, add $999. Solo user benefits by remote access.

Hosting Services

Keep your database secure in our "cloud" so that you can work from multiple offices, home, etc. If hosting with us, there is no annual maintenance fee for support and updates.

1. $75 per licensed user per month. 10% reduction if paid annually.
